Join us for a virtual reading of Aimé Césaire’s “A Tempest” - directed by the incredible PNG company member Celia Mandela Rivera.


“A Tempest” is a post-colonial revision of Shakespeare’s final piece, written in 1969 by poetist, essayist, and politician, Aimé Césaire, who “aimed to question French colonial rule and restore the cultural identity of blacks in the African diaspora.”
